are an excellent tool if you do not have local instruction available.
They are also excellent if you already have a foundation in
martial arts and would like to learn more about another system.
And, if you are not into forms you will find that these DVDs have
detailed combat applications for each movement in the form, so if you
are only seeking combat techniques these DVDs are an excellent tool.

methods of Iron Palm. This DVD also goes beyond conditioning the palm
and includes all surfaces of the hand and the forearms as well as

basics of stance work, blocking, striking, how to move in your stances,
